Goldens operates on a no-win, no-fee basis.

If you are successful you are entitled to recover your reasonable costs from your opponent. In certain situations insurance cover may be required to protect you against your opponent’s costs. If so, we advise you on whether cover may be available through your Trade Union (if you're a member) or from any other existing insurance policies that you might have, such as household insurance or legal expenses cover.

We can also, when necessary, advise you on alternative legal expenses funding.
